MASS CARE: AN OVERVIEW basic info about Red Cross sheltering and feeding activities and discusses the skills and abilities needed to be a Mass Care Worker on a disaster relief operation. no fee* ( 3 hrs)
SHELTER OPERATIONS prepares Red Cross and other agencies staff to effectively and sensitively manage shelter operations as a team and to meet the needs of people displaced by disaster. (3hrs) no fee*
